About our objects / manufacturing

Each piece is handmade in our studio. This may cause small imperfections and slight variants in measurements.

Most of our pieces (except for unique pieces) are made to order. This allows us to keep our costs low and limit our waste. Our lead times can vary between 2 and 3 weeks.

Made a typo placing your order?

No worries :-) Just send an email to hi@studio-ultragrau.com and we will update your informations right away.

Shipping costs

Germany: 5€
Europe: 15€

An object was damaged in shipping?

If a piece is damaged upon arrival and it was not properly packaged by us, please send an email along with a photo of the broken item & shipping box. We sure will find a solution.

Can I change an order?

Yes, we can change your order or add more items, as long as it has not been dispatched yet. Just send us an email with your name and adress.

Returns

All sales are final.
